It is not easy to purchase quality chicken. Please take a few moments to evaluate what source of chicken you would like to serve your family. You might consider buying local farm raised chicken or organic chicken. Poultry that is raised without the use of hormones, antibiotics, and fed and organic whole grain diet is going to be the healthier choice for you.
It is not surprising that poultry raised with sunlight, clean water and access to the outdoors will have healthier meat.
We chose to buy Bragg’s Vinaigrette and Bragg’s Organic Seasoning. The ingredient list in both of these products will make you smile!

Freezer Meal and Storage
Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets are easy to freeze. We often make extra nuggets and freeze enough for another meal. They can be frozen in a glass storage container or freezer bags. I have frozen them uncooked and cooked, both work out just fine! When we go camping, I will cook them ahead of time and then freeze.
Many side dishes can accompany Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets. Our family just recently served them with cauliflower rice and steamed broccoli. They also work great for leftovers in a salad. They provide many meal options.
Have fun making chicken nuggets!
