Homemade Hydration Drink

Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp. unrefined cane sugar honey is a great substitute
  • 1 tsp. unrefined quality sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp. calcium magnesium powder optional
  • 1 qt. purified water
  • 1 sprig fresh peppermint or spearmint optional

Instructions

  1. In a quart glass container add the purified water.  

  2. Add the quality sea salt, calcium magnesium powder and cane sugar.  Secure the lid tightly.

  3. Shake container to dissolve the sugar and salt.  Refrigerate.  Give the container a shake before pouring a glass.

  4. Drink 4 oz. every hour along with 4 oz. of purified water for 12 hours.
