Food Restrictions or No Food Restrictions
When you have food allergies or food restrictions often times you feel limited on the fun food you can enjoy. Commercial gluten free products do not necessarily mean that they are healthy. Read the ingredients and you’ll be surprised to see corn, different forms of refined sugar and even cellulose (wood fiber).
Whether or not you are baking these doughnuts for nutritional reasons or because of food restrictions you’re sure to enjoy them!
