A couple hours before you plan to make this smoothie, peel, cut and freeze one banana. You can do this overnight as well.
In a small blender, grind your chia seeds. I like to use a small coffee bean grinder. Set aside.
In a high powered blender, add your dairy free milk, ice cubes, banana chunks, spinach, collagen, cacao powder, chia seeds, and raw honey.
Blend until smooth, approximately 20-30 seconds.
Serve immediately!
