8 Powerful Essential Oils for Everyday
A wonderful option for alternative natural healing is essential oils. Learning how to use powerful essential oils is a great beginning. We looked at four powerful essential oils; frankincense, lemongrass, eucalyptus, and clary sage. All these essential oils have practical uses for us every day.
I focused on single essential oils, however many oils work best when they can synergize with other oils. Lemongrass works well when paired with eucalyptus oils and lavender oils.
One of our favorite blends is Raven by Young Living. It’s a combination of five oils; ravensara essential oil, eucalyptus radiate oil, wintergreen essential oil, peppermint essential oil and lemon essential oil. This is the oil we use for respiratory issues from colds, allergies and asthma flare-ups. It gets diffused in the bedrooms, rubbed on chests and feet and inhaled by putting a few drops on our wrists.
In Part II we’ll continue this post and look at four more powerful essential oils.
Where to Buy Essential Oils?
First, I’m not trying to be a Young Living snob, but I buy most of my essential oils from this company. Young Living came highly recommended to me by several friends and it was also the brand used by the Naturopathic Institute in our town. I love that I can buy directly from this company, they tell you where and when the oils are sourced, and make a priority to provide quality oils.
The biggest issue with buying essential oils is so many have been diluted, have poor harvesting and extracting practices or mimic the real oils. You’re welcome to use my Young Living customer code to buy directly from the company at either retail or wholesale prices.
Basically, I trust that quality oils are being delivered to my house. Unfortunately you can’t always go on smell alone to see if the oil is authentic. My recommendation would be go with a company/brand you can trust.
I hope you enjoyed reading about 4 of the 8 powerful essential oils for every day use.
